Information About Attending the Cook Off
Those who attend the Cook Off will enjoy a tasting of a variety of chilis & chowders created by local restaurants, organizations, and community members! It is a great time and an excellent opportunity to get to know others in the community. By attending you get to vote on your favorites and you will be entered for door prizes.
Voting
On the day of the cook off you will receive tickets of various colors to vote for each of the categories.
The four voting categories are: 1. Business/Organization Level Chili, 2. Business/Organization Level Chowder, 3. Individual Level Chili, 4. Individual Level Chowder.
Door Prizes
Door Prizes: Your name will also be entered for door prizes. Everyone who attends will automatically get one ticket/entry for the door prizes.
*Anyone who brings a canned good to donate to hunger relief efforts will receive an extra entry for the door prizes.
*Anyone who brings a completed Crisis Care Kit (see our website for details) will receive TWO extra entries for the door prizes.
2024 Fundraising Objective
100% of the funds raised at this year's Cook Off will be contributed to Highland Chemical Fire Department's Engine Room Renovation Project.
Registration Payments
